Providing an environment to foster growth and experience among our HUB community is the objective of Holder’s Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Plan for the NC State Mann Hall Renovation project. Our proven HUB Outreach Program aims to target and achieve further participation at a trade contractor/vendor level.
